1. Definitions

Below definitions have the exact same meaning whether they are being used in the singular or plural.
«Terms and Conditions» relates to the terms and conditions which rules the use of this website by the user.

The «User» or «You» or «Customer» relates to any person who accesses and/or use one or several Services offered on the Website.
«Service» relates to all services made available on the Website, such as, but not limited to the sale of Transportation, Excursions, Activities, Tours, Transfers.
«Partner» relates to all service providers «Website» relates to the “home page” and all other webpages with the domain name PARISMATICTOUR.COM, owned and operated by PARISMATIC TOUR SAS registered in Paris France.

2. Use of the Website

The user of this Website must be at least 18 years old of age and must be legally authorised to create a binding legal obligation. The use of the website must be done in accordance with the present terms and conditions. When using this Website, you agree to make legitimate bookings and to be financially responsible. This means that you agree to pay all confirmed bookings made on this website.

3. Prices

Payment is due in Euro.
The prices include all the services listed in the description of each product as stated on each page. Tips/Gratuities, Personal Insurance, Beverages or Food when not clearly listed in the product’s description and all other purchases of a personal nature are not included. The prices are net and include taxes. All prices may be changed in case of economic instability

4. Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking or ordering.

It is made by credit card through our secure payment system. We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express. Cardholder must be present at the time of presenting the ticket.

We do not charge a service fee for processing credit-card payments.

Payment will be listed as PARISMATIC TOUR SAS on the credit card statement.

We do not provide an invoice for each booking but if required, we will provide you with one by e-mail.

5. Voucher

You will receive a voucher for each service reserved. It is very IMPORTANT to make sure that you are providing us with the correct e-mail information as the voucher will be sent to you by email.

All information regarding you and provided by you must be correctly given at the time of booking. PARISMATIC TOUR cannot be held responsible for errors happening due to incorrect information (wrong dates, wrong address.) provided by the user. The voucher must be printed as a proof of purchase and must be presented to the service provider. The voucher is the proof of your reservation and payment. For that reason, you should make sure you have a working printer at the time of booking as the voucher must be printed.

You must provide the original, Voucher, signed, at the start of your tour. Neither your bank receipt or your credit card receipt alone will be accepted as a proof of purchase. Your reservation cannot be honoured or redeemed without showing a valid voucher.

In case you need to modify or amend an existing reservation this should be done using the contact form available at to PARISMATICTOUR.COM. You should make sure that you received all your vouchers and read them carefully prior to taking the tour. In case you have not received your voucher, you must notify us at least 72 hours before the date of service.

6. Cancellation / Modification

The following is to be read, understood and accepted prior to ordering via our website. Cancellation and modification conditions are also available before the validation process of the order and are also listed on the order confirmation.

6.1 Procedure to Cancel or Modify an existing Booking

To be valid, request to cancel or modify a service booked through our website must be acknowledged by Parismatic Tour after having been sent to us using the following e-mail: info@parismatictour.com

Without this proof of cancellation or modification you will incur “No Show” or “Cancellation” Charges.

All modification or cancellation request must be notified no less than  hours prior to the scheduled date of the service booked.

There will be NO REFUND when tours are interrupted at clients’ own will.

6.2 Service Modified or Cancelled by US

PARISMATIC TOUR reserves the right to change or cancel services without prior notice and where this is necessary for passenger’s comfort and safety (such as adverse weather conditions), or in the event of strike action or demonstrations.

We will do our best to keep you inform in due time. If we have to cancel a service, you will receive a full refund, equal to the total amount paid to Parismatic Tour at the time of booking.

6.3 Cancellation Fees when RESULTING FROM THE USER

For any cancellation, the following cancellation fees will apply and will be deducted from the refund:

• Cancellation more than 24 hours before the service begins:
  100 full refund.
• NO REFUND if cancelled within 24 HOURS of A TOUR:
  You will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
• NO REFUND if cancelled on the day of the service once it has started or in case of a “No Show”:
  You will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.

For special dates (Dec 24th, Dec 31st, Feb 15th, July 14th) and any other specified dates, modification or cancellation less than 30 days prior to the service date, imply that the total amount is due to PARISMATIC TOUR and no refund can be given.

WE STRONGLY ADVISE that all customers take out appropriate insurance for cancellation, as no such insurance is included in the prices listed on our website and our terms and conditions will strictly apply.

If entitled to a full or partial refund, the user will receive credited back within a reasonable time period after deduction of any amounts remaining due per the above cancellation fees table.

7. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

Neither we or any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Pictures and Illustrations have been carefully chosen to give you an idea of what to expect during your tour or activity. However, they have no contractual value in any way.

We inform users that this website contents, logo and other visual medias we created are our property and are protected by copyright laws.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1 Food and Drinks

Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles. Food & Drinks should not be carried on board the vehicles.

9.2 Personal Belongings

Parismatic Tour cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of personal items or luggage, during the services, in the buses or anywhere else, and no guarantee can be given to recover them.

10. Civil Liberty and Exercise of access rights

PARISMATIC TOUR takes all useful precautions, with regard to the nature of the data and the risks of the processing, to preserve the security of the data and, in particular, prevent their alteration and damage, or access by non-authorized third parties.

In accordance with article 34 of INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, DATA FILES AND CIVIL LIBERTIES French low, you have the right to access, modify, rectify or remove data which relates to you.
