We operate all year round. All our prices include transport by minibus with pick-up and drop-off to the hotel and services of multilingual driver-guides. We may not be held responsible for any delay, disruption, illness, strike, bad weather, loss of personal belongings or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control.
All fares and prices are in Euros (all taxes included and consider the VAT applicable on the day of the order) and are subject to change in the events of economic instability, seasonal variations or other external events. Unless specified, meals, entrance fees to places visited during the tours and gratuity for the guide are not included. Our prices vary depending on the size of your group and the length of the tour.
Payment is required at the time of booking or ordering.
We accept the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express. We also accept bank
transfers. We do not charge a service fee for processing credit card payments. Payment will be
listed as Parismatic Tour on the credit card statement. We do not provide an invoice for each
booking but if required, we will provide you with one by e-mail.
We only have a limited number of vehicles and expert guides. We should therefore be notified as early as possible of any special requirements.
Travel insurance is not included. Insurance is valid only during transportation but not when getting in or out of the vehicle. Therefore, we strongly recommend that passengers take out their travel insurance policy which covers personal liability, cancellation, loss of luggage and personal effects.
Children’s fares are available on most tours.
Depending on age, children on tour may be required to be seated in booster seats or other child
safety-accredited seating. At all times, we reserve the right to not accept children on tours due to
safety concerns.
Any change of date or content cannot be guaranteed and shall be applied subject to availability.

In case of cancellation, our refund policy is:
When we have to buy entrance tickets in advance and pay for them (Eiffel Tower, Versailles, Louvre, Musee d’Orsay, etc) in case of cancellation we might keep the amount paid for these tickets. Conditions will be similar for strike reason in the listed places.
Any interruption of the tour during its delivery, at the client’s wish, shall not give the possibility to any refund.
METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS
If the tour or a part of this service can’t be delivered because of weather conditions, it shall
not give rise to any refund.
TRAFFIC CONDITIONS
Because of traffic conditions, Parismatic Tour can’t be held responsible if:
PHOTOS
Every effort is made to provide photos that give the client an overview of the Services offered.
These photos are intended to indicate the type or the level of comfort and sites and cannot be a
source of commitment beyond that purpose.
LUGGAGE AND PERSONAL ITEMS
Parismatic tour cannot be held responsible for the loss or the theft of personal belongings and
luggage and cannot guarantee the return of personal belongings and luggage left in the vehicles
or anywhere else.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
It is the responsibility of the client to check that he has the necessary documents for his
stay, especially with regards to the tours outside France such as Bruges... that the passport
has a visa if necessary or an updated identity card. No refunds shall be given in case of lack
or loss of the necessary documents
In case of “no show”: if the client, without prior notice, isn’t at the meeting point for any reason (plane, train delay, medical reason…) the service will be fully due.
Parismatic Tour will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights. If you wish to be informed what Personal Information we hold about you and if you want it to be removed from our systems, please contact us.

By booking a reservation for the Services through the Site, you acknowledge that you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. The Parismatic Tour have no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond their direct control, and they have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority.
In no event shall the Parismatic Tour be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages (including without limitation loss of data or information or costs to procure substitute goods or services) arising out of, or in any way connected with, service bookings made by you through this site or your access to, display of or use of this site or with the delay or inability to access, display or use this site (including, but not limited to, your reliance upon reviews and opinions appearing on this site; any computer viruses, information, software, linked sites and services obtained through this site; or otherwise arising out of the access to, display of or use of this site) whether based on a theory of negligence, contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, and even if context travel has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
If the Parismatic Tour are found liable for any loss or damage that arises out of or is in any way connected with your use of the site or your booking or use of the services made available through our site, then the Parismatic Tour’ liabilities will in no event exceed, in the aggregate, the transaction fees paid to context travel for the transaction(s) on this site giving rise to the claim.
The limitation of liability reflects the allocation of risk between the parties. The limitations specified in this section will survive and apply even if any limited remedy specified in these terms is found to have failed of its essential purpose. The limitations of liability provided in these terms inure to the benefit of Parismatic Tour.
There will be no refund in the event of cancellation less than 24 hours before the planned departure. In addition, if a traveller decides to leave an excursion after departure, no refund will be made. All refund claims must be made in writing. We reserve the right to charge cancellation fees. If particular reservations have been made by our agency before your arrival (Versailles, Cabarets, … or any special visits), there will be no refund and these booking fees are lost.

Our vehicles are non-smoking (law of 17/09/1977).
In the interest of the safety and comfort of all passengers, we ask you not to bring food or drinks inside the vehicle.
Departure time and durations of tours are approximate. Drivers may arrive a few minutes earlier. Pick-up details will be advised at the time of booking. You need your booking voucher and exact payment ready. Please confirm your allocated hotel or apartment when making your booking.
